What you may expect...

Day 1:
Lower body routine
A 30 min. practice focused on improving flexibility & mobility in hips, legs and ankles. A MUST for equestrians!

Day 2:
Recovery stretch
A 15 min. slow stretching practice focused on improving flexibility, wind down and recover from your ride.

Day 3:
Upper body routine
A 15 min. training routine that mixes flexibility and mobility to improve posture and release tension in the upper body.

Day 4: Warm-up
A 10 min. mobility routine made to energize or warm-up before your ride!

Day 5:
Full body routine
A 30 min. playful full body routine that mixes flexibility and mobility perfectly for your whole body.

Day 6:
Recovery stretch
A 15 min. slow stretching practice focused on improving flexibility, wind down and recover from your ride.

a certified yoga teacher, personal trainer specialized in functional movement & former professional showjumping rider.

During this challenge You'll be working on:

Improving Mobility
Mobility encompasses overall movement abilities and control, including coordination, strength and balance.

Improving flexibility
Flexibility is the ability of your joints to move through a wide range of motion, influenced by the stretchiness of muscles and connective tissues.

Breath
Moving with a focus on breath improves stress management, concentration, emotional regulation, posture and overall well-being. It enhances mind-body connection and can benefit physical and mental health.
